Politicians ran to the microphones and feigned outrage and appeared to be appalled. Yesterday we reached the 40 trillion-dollar mark. Again...politicians ran to the microphones and feigned outrage and, once again, they appeared to be appalled. And, once again, they will do NOTHING. It’s what they’re good at...NOTHING. What they don’t tell you is that the entire world is in debt. Debt is the global norm. We’ll never pay it off. If we made a double payment on a daily basis...we could never catch up. Once again, the mainstream media is trying to sell an unsubstantiated narrative...that there is unusually low morale on the USS Abraham Lincoln because of its long deployment in the Middle East. It is complete conjecture... no facts...just spin. They try to create the impression that long deployments are unusual when, in reality, they’re actually ‘the norm’. Throughout our history, service people have been on long deployments. Do they grumble? Some do. As far back as Valley Forge, there were disgruntled soldiers. But they had supply issues and they weren’t getting paid. That’s not the case on the Lincoln. We have a media that is trying to sell an anti-Trump narrative. There’s an old entertainment saying...leave them wanting more, It would appear that Karoline Leavitt is doing just that. Only a short time after having given birth to her second child, she announced her resignation yesterday, to a stunned media. Anyone who has watched her handle the hostile press corps will tell you that her shoes will be hard to fill. The search is on for her replacement and she’ll be staying until the end of this month. Trump has a knack for finding ‘the right people’ so it will be interesting to see who will occupy that office beginning next month.
