Welcome to the Weekend Edition of “It’s Another Day”. So Elon Musk launched the largest rocket ever yesterday. It was the size of the Statue of Liberty and it was heavy too. The Super Heavy Starship cruise vessel cleared the launch pad but only stayed in the air for about four minutes. That being said, they called it a success.  SpaceX…the Musk-owned company is doing some amazing things, though. Just getting something that big off the ground is a major accomplishment. Welcome to the Thursday edition of “Its Another Day”. As if $115 billion is not enough, it was announced yesterday that we’re committing more money and supplies to the Ukraine war effort. In the meantime, our troops are running perilously low on supplies…so much so that our own ability to function successfully in a war situation might be negatively affected. Who is making these reckless decisions? Are they being made to benefit our self-interests? We talk about this and so much more on today’s program. China is trying to reposition itself on the world stage…making ‘nice’ with France, Brazil, Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia. And Russia is doubling down on the war in the Ukraine. Apparently, no one has told them that they’re losing the war because they seem happy with their progress…so much so that Putin paid a visit to the front lines this past weekend, to show his support for the troops. And where is our leader? After a whirlwind vacation to Ireland, he spent the weekend in Delaware and then called a lid on appearances at 8:45 AM Monday. If you have a Siri or Alexa device, you’re already interacting with Artificial Intelligence. And compared to what they’re working on…those devices are primitive. One of the co-founders of Google said he wants to build a ‘digital god’. Not only would his AI change our world..it can run it completely. Do we need these machines in our lives? Did we ask for them?
