The protesters are setting up roadblocks in Minneapolis and stopping citizens to see if the cars are being driven by ICE agents-what happens if they stop an ICE agent vehicle? Won’t they get arrested? Are they looking for a fight? And isn’t that the act of an insurrectionist?  If it is then why hasn’t President Trump implemented the Insurrection Act? What is he waiting for or has he decided not to use it altogether and to left Minneapolis slip into chaos?
