Tuesday, Virginia passed a controversial referendum on redistricting. It would have massively changed the representation landscape in Washington. Democrats did everything but dance in the streets. The House minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries, wasted little time gloating over the victory…telling all who would listen, that it was a precursor of things to come. Well…what came yesterday was a judge ruling…saying that the entire process was unconstitutional. That’s right…withing a day…a court through the results of that election out.
