They’re failing at their borders, losing with their ridiculous climate change positions, how they’re failing their own constituents. And he said that they’re running out of time to rectify the situation. It would appear that they tried to delay his speech by sabotaging the escalator and shutting off the teleprompter…but nothing they did was going to stop him from presenting his message to the world.
