Yesterday Ukraine agreed to a 30 day cease fire…an important first step…especially after what happened in the Oval Office a couple of weeks ago. And the House passed another CR (Continuing Resolution) covering our budget for another six months. Are we simply kicking this can down the corner by failing to permanently address the budget?
