Welcome to the Wednesday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. How soon politicians forget. Yesterday it was all things Iowa. Today…Iowa is ancient history…a story relegated to the dustbin of politics. Everything political seems to be happening in New Hampshire. We’re being told that it’s a race of major political importance.  And the movers and shakers behind the curtain want you to believe that Nikki Haley is the ‘one to watch’. They’re saying that she’s on the move and that she could overtake Trump. Mind you…just last week they were touting her as the one to watch in Iowa. She came in third…more than 30 points behind Trump. It’s a political full-court press. The establishment doesn’t want another Trump administration because he will decimate the Deep State. Their power base and political control will be destroyed, and they can’t have that. There’s a political desperation right now and it’s a time like no other. Veteran WCBS New York newscaster Pat Farnack joins us once again to discuss the Iowa results and what we should look for next in New Hampshire. President Trump’s victory is but a first step. There are still many questions about where his campaign is going and if he can maintain the momentum. There are a great many unique variables to consider…such as the upcoming court trials and what will happen if he is convicted in one of these contrived cases. Welcome to the Monday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. We’re honored to welcome a new contributor to our program. Veteran newscaster Pat Farnack, who worked for many years at all-news WCBS in New York and before that, the legendary KYW in Philadelphia, will be spending some of her mornings contributing to our little program. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the show. Today we talk about the Iowa Caucus and the border problem.  It’s a busy and very interesting program. Welcome to the “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill WEEKEND UPDATE” for 1-13-24. As many of you know, Joe was incommunicado for four days last week. Nobody knew where he was. Then he reappeared in Allentown Pennsylvania yesterday for a day of confusion and hair sniffing (for real…check out the video of him inches away from a young girl in a library). Then he came back, probably for a change of clothes, and hurried off to Camp David for some R and R. Has he had some kind of physical episode that we’re not aware of? They seem to be hiding him. Welcome to the WEEKEND EDITION of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. There is a growing concern, voiced openly by high level US officials, that a large terrorist faction has crossed our southern border. Some believe that it’s an element of Hezbollah and that they are here with one objective…bring the pain of war home to the American people. And we’ve been told to expect an attack at any time. We’ve heard over and over on most news channels that there was a large contingency of single, military aged men who have streamed into the southwestern states, without any type of push back from US officials. We have been left unprotected and vulnerable by the very people who have been charged with protecting us…more specifically Joe Biden and his administration. Are we prepared for what is to come? Welcome to the Thursday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. Late yesterday afternoon, former New Jersey Governor and beach enthusiast Chris Christie made the not-so-surprising announcement that he was suspending his Presidential campaign because he could no longer see a pathway to the Oval Office. This would imply that at one time he could see that pathway…that was the biggest surprise of the announcement. Political advisors who initially encouraged his participation must have been doing it for the money because the most casual observer could have told him months ago that his options we slim and none. But in the true Chris Christie tradition he couldn’t leave without poking the Bear one more time. He had to zing former President Trump as he was walking out the door. And then there was the hot mic situation yesterday when he said that Nikki Haley was going to get smoked. Sounds like a guy with anger issues. We talk about this and much more on a very busy program.

Welcome to the Wednesday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. President Trump’s immunity hearing in DC should be a slam dunk. They’re considering if presidents…not just President Trump…should be immune from prosecution for decisions of national security that are made while holding office. But two of the three judges are Biden appointees and the other a Bush appointee. And based on the questioning in yesterday's hearing, it seems that he is in front of a very partisan judiciary. Should this question even be under consideration by a court at this level? Shouldn’t something of this importance, that would seem to have significant Constitutional significance, be something that only Congress can rule on? Why are three individuals in robes deciding the constitutionality of Presidential immunity? Should they rule against immunity, won’t this affect past and future presidents? There’s so much to consider…so much to talk about…and we do on today’s program. Thank you, as always, for tuning in.

Welcome to the Tuesday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. The president of Mexico has demanded that the US grant at least 10 million illegal, undocumented invaders instant legal status and that we give $20 billion in aid to Latin America in exchange for their assistance at our southern border. Mind you, they are already assisting the illegals with their journey to and through our border. And they’re doing that for free. And the left is having a problem with terminology…specifically President Trump referring to the jailed January 6th protesters as hostages. They seem to be doubling down on their condemnation of the protesters as we move closer to election day. This is going to be a difficult year and staying on top of the truth won’t be easy. Welcome to the Monday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. Former VP Mike Pence was on with CNN’s Jake Tapper and without any hesitation, he said that the FBI was justified in arresting and jailing the Jan 6th protesters. He said that he took the word of FBI Director Christopher Wray at face value.  Rep Clay Higgins disagrees with the former vice-president and he claims to have the proof that Pence is wrong. Not only did elements of the federal government instigate on the day of the Capital disturbance but for months leading up to the event, Higgins claims they lured innocent Americans to the event. Again…he says that his in-depth Congressional investigation has uncovered incontrovertible proof and he’s about ready to present this evidence to the American public. If this is the case…and the honest people in the American media do their jobs…this will change the entire Jan 6th narrative. Time will tell.
