As of this posting, Robert Card, the suspect in the shootings, is still on the run and authorities don’t seem to have a clue as to his location. That being said, this administration and the woke left can’t help themselves. It’s an opportunity that they can’t let slip away. They’re saying that the problem isn’t the shooter. It’s…your guns and they want them. Forget the Constitution and the law. That’s irrelevant. And they won’t be satisfied until they have them all and the good, law abiding citizens of this country and unarmed…and helpless. We talk about this and much more on today’s program. Welcome to the Thursday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. Pure evil visited the normally peaceful town of Lewiston Maine yesterday. Our media is focused almost exclusively on this story and this story alone. So…what will we miss because of their inability to cover more than one major story at a time? And you have to wonder if this story is the perfect opportunity to distract the populace. The Middle East is on the brink of World War III. The Ukraine war is going disastrously. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers are dying in, what has been described locally as, the ‘Meat Grinder’. The Biden corruption case continues to unfold. The American southwestern border is non-existent and even the ‘do-nothing’ administration has been forced to admit that known Hamas and Hezbollah members have been caught trying to enter our country illegally. How about those who entered successfully? So much is boiling…what will boil over first? We talk about this and much more on today’s program. Thanks for tuning in.

One second the media is excited about a pending candidate and the next…he’s gone…removed from contention. So who will it be? Now they’re talking about Representative Mike Johnson. Most of us have never even heard of the man. Now he’s in serious consideration for the third most powerful position in our government. And you have to ask yourself…what’s to stop some other rogue representative from petitioning the House to vacate the Speaker’s seat sometime soon…again? Is this any way to run a country? Welcome to the Monday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill-Episode”. You're not alone if you started your Monday with an uneasy feeling. This is going to be a difficult week for us all. The House of Representatives still can’t decide on who will be the next Speaker. Backroom deals and childish squabbles are the order of the day, in that austere building. And while all of this nonsense happens in the halls of Congress,  serious and deadly war drums are beating loudly in the Middle East. This administration is trying to present an image of strength and control but neither side believes them. And to make things worse, they admitted, this week, that they have allowed Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists in across our southern border…and we don’t know where they went. If you follow the money, it would seem that we are sending money to both sides. And has it occurred to you that we’re concerned with the Israeli-Gaza and Ukraine-Russian borders…but not our own southern border? Does this make sense to you? So much of what’s going on right now…doesn’t make sense. Are we being ‘played’? Is there much more to this story that we’re not being told? So many questions…so few answers. Welcome to the Thursday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. We live in a world where distraction and misdirection are the norm. Blatantly false stories are peddled as the truth. Case in point, we were told by the mainstream media that the Israelis had destroyed a hospital filled with the injured and the innocent. We were told that 500 people died. We were led to believe that the attack was intentional. What we learned later, when the dust settled, was that the entire story was not true. It was…a lie. The great American writer and orator, Mark Twain once said…”A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on it’s pants.” He also said, “The truth has no defense against a fool determined to believe a lie.” Unfortunately, both apply to yesterday’s hospital story…and much of what the media is throwing at us these days. He has been warned by advisers that he shouldn’t be there. He’s putting himself and his staff in harm's way. He chose to ignore that advice. The question is…now that two members of the party he was going to negotiate with have decided not to meet, can he do anything productive or is it a completely wasted trip?
